“After all the fun we had last year, we couldn’t say no to giving it another whirl. We’re back, this time to lay out a history of how Rock ‘n Roll got here. We’re packing in even more bands and we are bringing some local headliners in to really spice up the action. I’m so happy that my band Capsian can be a part of this as well. We’ve been all over the world but we love supporting good causes like Stage 284 and everything it represents to the community surrounding it.” Erin Burke-Moran of Capsian - Website

Erin Burke-Moran first began playing guitar when he was fifteen years old and developed an immense passion for the instrument. Erin acquired a B.A. in Music with a concentration in classical guitar from Gordon College where he cultivated a deep appreciation for music theory. He also studied Jazz Theory with Les Harris of Berklee College of Music shortly after and this continued to deepen his understanding and interest in music’s wonderful chemistry. Currently, Erin is a private and group instructor at the Fabulous School of Music in Beverly.
2016 marks Cynthia August’s 36th year in theatre, a journey from community to professional and back again. After receiving her BFA in drama from Syracuse University, She travelled across the country in regional theatre and opera circuits before heading to NYU to pursue her MFA in theatre. During her magic years in NYC she worked extensively on and off Broadway, in TV and film and taught drama both at private schools and University. Upon moving to Boston, she changed her career - she’s now a commercial photographer - but will never deny her first love.
