VIDEO: Glee-like Musical Revue To Light Up Community House Stage
"The Show Must Go On" combines Broadway show tunes and pop songs in a musical revue this weekend at the Community House of Hamilton and Wenham.
Sing-a-long, toe tapping show tunes and pop songs are coming to the stage this weekend in
The plot ties together many well-known songs to tell the story of young actors auditioning and then rehearsing for a show.
The show is a production of Community House Theater, and director Kelly Murphy returns to direct and choreograph it. Murphy previously directed the Community House Theater's “You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown.”

“Kelly is a dynamic and energetic director who offers her young performers inspiring direction and leadership,” said Carolyn Blaney, the Community House’s marketing manager.
The 10 high school age actors in the production come from Hamilton plus several other North Shore communities such as Beverly, Danvers, Middleton and Topsfield.

Improv by the cast help connect the songs into a Glee-style musical revue.
Shows are Friday, July 29 and Saturday, July 30 at 7:30 p.m. at the Community House. Advance tickets are $15 in advance (either at the Community House or online) or $18 at the door.
