Coronavirus: Outdoor Tips For A Hingham Nice Weather Weekend
As Hingham residents head outside for some exercise and sunshine this weekend, they are asked to do so responsibly.
HINGHAM, MA —While this weekend's warm temperatures, residents who have been largely stuck inside during the seven weeks of the new coronavirus health crisis are expected to venture outside for some exercise and sunshine.
Hingham officials this week reminded guidelines to how to get outside on public lands and do so responsibly when it comes to social distancing and not overcrowding while the state's stay-at-home order is in effect.
The Hingham Board of Health this week also issued an order strongly advising cloth facemasks be worn in any public place where 6 feet of social distancing cannot be maintained. Gov. Charlie Baker announced on Friday that order will apply statewide as of Wednesday.
