Hingham Obituaries – WWII Navy Vet, Longtime MBTA Operator Passes
The following are recent obituaries for Hingham residents or those with Hingham ties.

He served in the Navy during World War II and worked as an operator for the MBTA for more than 33 years.
Bradley was a member of the Carmen’s Union, the Disabled American Veterans and the Military Miniatures Association of New England. He was a proud plank owner of the USS Hancock CV-19 and enjoyed following New England sports, especially the Red Sox. He was an avid reader and was considered a history buff.
Bradley is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jeanette (Alexander); a daughter, Janine Suchecki of Hingham; and a grandchild.

Doug began working at Louis Boston while a student at Northeastern University (’72). Doug later worked for Talbots and then for Joseph Abboud in Boston. He spent the last 18 years of his career as Senior Product Manager and Designer for National Accounts at Aramark where he designed work wear and uniform wardrobes for Fortune 500 companies. Combining talent with his infectious enthusiasm, Doug earned several national awards for his innovative designs that combined function and style.

Born in 1950 and growing up outside of Buffalo, NY, Doug attended St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute. Doug is a member of their Athletic Hall of Fame, an honor earned for his successes while rowing crew.
