The officer stopped Torres and asked what he was doing. Polcie said Torres replied that he was looking for a place to sleep and then ran away. Then, Torres ran directly at a second officer, and despite being commanded to stop, he didn't, police said. The police officer used his stun gun to detain Torres. Police said. Torres refused medical treatment from Hingham paramedics.
