The Direct Support Staff is responsible to supervise the daily activities of individuals, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling on a consistent basis. Facilitate individual growth in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, and community living skills. Promote community inclusion and self-advocacy.
Must have HS Diploma or GED Equivalent. Experience with program population is preferred.
