This group is grounded in lived experience, mutual support, and the understanding that mobility journeys can be complex, emotional, and ever changing.
We come together to share what’s hard, what’s working, and what we’re learning along the way. This is a place where you can show up exactly as you are — whether you’re rebuilding strength, adjusting to new limitations, grieving what’s changed, or celebrating small wins. Our focus is on connection, compassion, and community care, not perfection or pressure.
