Crosby's act, David Crosby & Friends, will perform at Cary Hall in May.

LEXINGTON, MA – Singer-songwriter David Crosby is taking his act, David Crosby & Friends, on tour and making a pit stop in Lexington this summer.

The legendary musician rose to fame as a founding member of both the Byrds and Crosby, Stills & Nash, and enjoyed a multi-decade solo career as a figurehead of '60s counterculture. His latest group, David Crosby & Friends, will perform at Cary Hall on May 24.

Crosby released his fifth studio album, "Lighthouse," in October. A collaboration between Crosby and jazz fusion band Snarky Puppy, "Lighthouse" was put together in just a few months, with studio sessions primarily taking place last February. In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, he described it as one of his best records ever.
