Lexington High School Among Top 10 High Schools in Massachusetts

What did U.S. News and World Report say about Lexington High?

LEXINGTON, MA – Lexington High School received a gold medal for being one the best high schools in Massachusetts, according to the U.S. News and World Report’s 2017 Best High Schools report. The Minutemen ranked sixth in the state and No. 264 nationally on the annual list.

The ranking was good enough to earn a gold medal, an honor given to just 500 schools across the country and the highest granted by U.S. News and World Report. Medals are based on schools' highest college readiness scores.

  • 69 percent participate in AP exams
  • 94 percent pass AP exams
