We will break into small groups to discuss the book and its relevance to the neighborhoods, schools and families of Lexington.

J. Anthony Lukas’ Common Ground: A Turbulent Decade in the Lives of Three American Families is the great American education story. This historic non-fiction about Boston’s school busing crisis from 1968 to 1978 respectfully captures the interrelated lives of several Bostonians.
