Lexington School Committee Chooses Final Redistricting Plan: Report
The Lexington School Committee voted 4-1 in favor of a new redistricting plan, according to a report by the Lexington Minuteman.

LEXINGTON, MA—The Lexington School Committee chose a final redistricting plan for the upcoming school year Tuesday, according to a report from the Lexington Minuteman.
The report indicates that the Lexington School Committee voted 4-1 on a revised plan, which excluded moving children from the Liberty Heights neighborhood. The new redistricting plans will take effect during the 2016-2017 school year.
According to the Minuteman's report, nine students were originally going to be redistricted from Bowman Elementary to Harrington Elementary.
