Lexington's Revolutionary Revelry: Bike Parade, Battle-Green BBQ

LEXINGTON, MA—May is Revolutionary Revelry month in the Town of Lexington, and the town is celebrating arts, culture and recreation this month.
In celebration of Revolutionary Revelry, The town will be holding numerous events nearly every day this month. Here are some upcoming events this weekend, according to the Town Website.:
SATURDAY, MAY 21st
Lexington Bike Parade
1:00 p.m., Free

Theme: Spring! Feel free to decorate yourself or your bike with whatever spring brings to mind. A social ride of 5-10 miles (route TBA). Families welcome! Helmets required. We'll stop for ice cream at the end of the ride.

Keys for Kids Community Performance Gala
1:30 - 2:45 p.m. $
Our 2016 concert will feature performances by Keys for Kids soloists and ensembles, made up of children from multiple towns and communities. This unique event will feature Keys for Kids strings, brass and wind instruments, Sing ’N’ Kids group, chamber ensemble, keyboard "orchestras", and even a jazz improvisation. Join us for a fun, music -filled afternoon!

Special Needs Arts Program Annual Spring Event
3:00 p.m. Free
The program features a concert of patriotic songs and other selections performed by the Sing Along choruses. The concert includes a special guest performance by Harvard University’s Collegium Underground. This a cappella group is a subset of the Harvard-Radcliffe Collegium Musicum that sings a full eclectic mix ranging from jazz standards and oldies to the best songs currently on the radio. Reception and Raffle to follow.
