Reb is a sweet and docile guy who was rescued off the street. This 2-year-old adores gentle attention and sitting on laps. He’s also playful, but in a gentle way. He has recently discovered the joys of a ball-and-track toy. Reb also loves giving volunteers kitty kisses on their chins! Why not meet him to see if he'll give you one?! We think Reb likes other cats, so he may be a nice companion for your kitty at home. We also think Reb would do best in a quiet home.
If you are interested in meeting Reb or any of the cats at The Ellen M. Gifford Cat Shelter, visit our website (www.giffordcatshelter.org). While you’re there, you can fill out an online adoption application for Reb and learn more about our shelter. You can also call us at 617-787-8872. We are the oldest cageless no-kill cat shelter in the country, and we’re located right here in Brighton!
The mission of Gifford Cat Shelter is to provide a safe haven for abandoned, stray, abused, neglected, unwanted and injured cats with the goal of re-homing and ending the needless killing of community and companion cats. It was the first cageless shelter in the country and has been in existence since 1884.
