Register for Malden Soccer: Ages 4 to18

Registration for the Winter and Spring Malden Youth Soccer seasons is open.

Malden Youth Soccer invites all players from Malden and surrounding communities to play Spring soccer. We welcome youth of all skill levels, including those who haven’t played soccer before. Registration is now open for the Winter and Spring seasons. The discount for the Spring season is in effect through November 30.

It’s getting colder out and everyone needs a way to exercise indoors. In the Winter, ages 4-14 play in the Salemwood gym on Sundays. The registration fee is $50. The season begins January 10. Only pre-registered players are allowed to enter the gym.

In the Spring, the seasons run April 9 - June 12. The Spring Intown co-ed leagues, U5, U7, and U9, are for children ages 4-9 (born 1/1/2007 through 4/9/2011). The Under-5 (U5) sessions are on Saturday mornings. The U7 and U9 sessions are on Sunday mornings through early afternoon. Teams in all age groups learn ball handling skills, like dribbling, passing, and shooting, and they scrimmage each week. The early registration rate is $75. On December 1, the price goes up to $85. We especially encourage girls to register.

The Spring Travel leagues are for ages 8-18 (birth dates 8/1/1997 - 12/31/2007). Girls and boys teams practice twice a week and play on Saturdays (U10-U14) or Sundays (U16-U18), half at home in Malden and half elsewhere in Middlesex County. The early registration rate is $85. On December 1, the fee goes up to $95. On January 1, the fee goes up to $110. Rosters are created the first week in January, so please register early to make sure your player gets a spot on a team.

Uniforms are provided to all players, including socks, shorts and shirt. All you need to have are shin guards, appropriate shoes (cleats optional), and ball. We always need parents to become assistant coaches and coaches and to otherwise help out: please volunteer!
