Event Spotlight: Meet The New Superintendent

Dr. David DeRuosi, Malden's new superintendent of schools, will be at this Tuesday's Parent Advisory Council meeting to meet and greet parents and guardians.

In addition, the second in a series of workshops for parents of special needs children will be presented.   Elizabeth Bostic, an advocate for E-Marc, will address what is involved in a student's IEP (Individualized Education Plan).  Elizabeth will review the plan in detail and help parents understand how the IEP process works. She will also be available for questions and answers.

Members of the Parent Advisory Council will be present to meet and greet all. Coffee and light refreshments will be served.
