Malden Youth Soctoberfest has been rescheduled: October will last a little longer!
Malden Youth Soccer invites the Malden Community to Soctoberfest, 1-5 pm, this Sunday, November 6. We've changed the location to Salemwood School, so the event will be on: rain or shine. Soctoberfest is for all Malden kids, whether or not they're currently playing on an MYS team. Join us on Sunday, and bring your friends!
All afternoon there will be age-specific pick-up games and other soccer activities. You can snack on pizza, baked goods and other refreshments, many with a Fall theme. The New England Revolution's mascot, Slyde, will be at the field, joined by the live Pisa Pizza pizza. We will take team pictures that will be posted online for purchase, so current players should wear their uniforms.
Malden Youth Soccer apparel will be on sale, so if you might forget your hat or want a sweatshirt, bring cash or a check with you. If you have used cleats, soccer balls, or uniforms that don't fit any more, please donate them (clean). We will resell the cleats and balls for a nominal fee at Soctoberfest and send any not resold, along with the uniforms, to a local or overseas organization.
Registration for the Winter and Spring seasons is open. If you are unable to register online at maldenyouthsoccer.org, bring cash or a check and register in-person.
