Malden Band Up For New England Music Awards

Malden's own Adam Ezra Group has been nominated for three New England Music Awards, including "Band of the Year," "Song of the Year," and "Album of the Year."

Voting for the winners takes place online, and anyone can vote -- no sign-up is necessary. You can hear their music on the band's website.

Josh Gold, the Adam Ezra Group's keyboardist, says, "It's pretty crazy to see our name up there with those other bands that we kinda idolize!"

The New England Music Awards' website says they seek to honor the musicians "whose dedication, spirit, and achievements over the last year have without a doubt established themselves as a contributing force to the most robust and diverse music scene in the country."

Winners will be announced at the New England Music Awards ceremony on Friday, March 9, at the Hard Rock Cafe near Faneuil Hall in downtown Boston.
