This is the committee that is planning the build out of the new city hall, which will be a condo in the Jefferson Apartment complex across the street from the Malden Center T station. The City will pay a condo fee to rent the space and will pay for the build out of the interior walls and everything else needed for the new city hall, potentially ready for move in as early as late next year
