Airing of Grievances; Burst Pipe: Marblehead Police

At 7:50 a.m., there was a report of water pouring from a house on Front Street.

At 7:56 a.m., there was a report of elevators not working in a building on Rowland Street.

At 10:28 a.m., there was a report of an attempted IRS scam call.

At 11:56 a.m., several commercial clients reported being the target of utility fraud.

At 7:19 p.m., a caller on Elm Street reported that a neighbor was yelling loudly at a house. The woman said she was not yelling, but talking loudly to complain generally about residents at a neighboring house. Police said she had no specific complaints.

At 8:54 p.m., there was a report of a burst pipe on Humphrey Street.
