At 7:19 p.m., a caller on Elm Street reported that a neighbor was yelling loudly at a house. The woman said she was not yelling, but talking loudly to complain generally about residents at a neighboring house. Police said she had no specific complaints.
At 8:54 p.m., there was a report of a burst pipe on Humphrey Street.
