Marblehead's Pawsitively Marblehead pet shop hosted a Valentine's Day Celebration of Dog-Owner Love this weekend.

Marblehead pet shop Pawsitively Marblehead and pet day care and training located at 9  Pleasant Street, hosted their anual celebration of love between dogs and owners. The event came complete with candy kisses and two dog-shaped cakes.

Pets and people were invited to come celebrate together and check out the abundant doggie merchandise.

In addition to purchasing chew toys, puppy beds and brightly colored water bowls, Pawsitively Marblehead was using the event to advertise their special collar and leash buy-back program. The program is ongoing and folks are encouraged bring their old and used Preston or Up Country brand leash or harness back to the shop for a $5.00 store credit. The used (but still useful) collars and leashes are then donated to the Northeast Animal shelter.
