Is the US Postal Service's Unofficial Motto True in Marblehead?

Does the Postal Service still live up to its unofficial motto of doing everything it takes to get you your mail?

"Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds."

On March 19, weather brought about everything but brimstones to bear on including sleet and snow and rain.
