Marblehead's Abbot Library Sail Away Shoppe To Hold Winter Book Sale
Residents are invited to donate books for sale on two Saturdays ahead of the Book Sale on Dec. 9 and Dec. 10.

MARBLEHEAD, MA — The Friends of Abbot Public Library will be collecting books over the next three weeks ahead of the winter book sale on Dec. 9 and Dec. 10.
The book sale will be at the library's temporary home of the Eveleth School as the historic Abbot building undergoes renovations for the next year.
Dropoff will happen at the Eveleth School on Nov. 18 and Dec. 3 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The book sale will be on Dec. 9 and Dec. 10 from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. at the Sail Away Book Shoppe at the Eveleth School at 3 Brook Road.
The Friends will be accepting donations of books in good condition, as well as DVDs, music, and other items, particularly children’s and holiday-themed books. Books can be dropped off at the main entrance on the designated days only due to space restrictions.
