OUI Arrest: Marblehead Police

At 10:05 a.m., there was a report of a tree branch down on Linden Street.

At 11:24 a.m., a bus driver reported that a motorist did not stop for the stopped bus and instead slowly passed it.

At 3:34 p.m., there was a report of a backpack found in a driveway on Leggs Hill Road.

At 5:37 p.m., police arrested Francis P. Boland, 72, of 119 Washington Street, #2 in Marblehead and charged him with operating under the influence of liquor and a motor vehicle lights violation.
