Police: Annual Snow Dispute; Vandalism Arrest

At 9:12 a.m., a caller on Peabody Lane reported that his street had not been plowed.

At 10:27 a.m., there were reports of suspicious footprints in the snow on Lafayette Street near the doors of motor vehicles.

At 10:29 a.m., there was heavy flooding on Ocean Avenue at the Causeway.

At 10:36 a.m., a police cruiser was requested to help assess flooding on Front Street.

At 11:18 a.m., police responded to an annual snow dispute on Orchard Circle. The caller said his neighbor was plowing in his driveway.

At 4:19 p.m., police arrested Luis Castillo, 25, of 90 Timson Street in Lynn on three charges of vandalism.

At 4:51 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Humphrey Street.
