At 11:18 a.m., police responded to an annual snow dispute on Orchard Circle. The caller said his neighbor was plowing in his driveway.
At 4:19 p.m., police arrested Luis Castillo, 25, of 90 Timson Street in Lynn on three charges of vandalism.
At 4:51 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Humphrey Street.
