Police: Emotional with a Few Drinks; Parking Complaints

Sunday, Dec. 6

At 1:32 p.m., there was a report of a lost red bag with a computer in it on Intrepid Circle.

At 2:01 p.m., there was a report of smoke on Humphrey Street.

At 3:15 p.m., a caller reported that a motor vehicle had blocked a driveway on Pleasant Street.

At 4:49 p.m., there was a report of a possible breaking and entering attempt on Front Street.

At 11:36 p.m., a caller on Beacon Street reported that a woman had been screaming and yelling in the area of the boat launch for the past half hour. An officer transported the woman home, who was described as being emotional and having had a few drinks but otherwise fine.

At 6:46 a.m., a message was left with the parks and recreation department to empty a barrel in front of the muffin shop on Washington Street.
