Police: Getting Away With (Parking) Murder; Gas Money

Sunday, Nov. 29
At 10:06 a.m., a caller on Jersey Street said her neighbor was going around and asking for money and that she felt uncomfortable with the situation. Police reported that the neighbor was asking for gas money and declined assistance from the police.
At 2:17 p.m., a caller reported a man taking photos of his property on Evans Road. Nothing was found by police.

At 2:56 p.m., there was a report of cyberbullying on Highland Terrace.
At 5:42 p.m., there was a report of a beggar in the area of Pleasant Street.

Monday, Nov. 30
At 12:02 a.m., a caller on Mauntaug Trail reported that his neighbor left his boat and trailer in the driveway and it was blocking his driveway.
At 5:52 a.m., a caller on Heritage Way called twice to complain about cars parked on Heritage Way that were not getting tagged for parking violations. She said specifically that there was a Ford Focus that had been in the same spot for 72 hours. The caller said the woman “gets away with murder,” and that she wanted the Ford tagged.
