Police: Hit and Yell; Parking Complaints

At 3:03 p.m., there was a report of water coming from a home on Cornell Road. The neighbor was worried that the water might freeze later this winter.

At 3:10 p.m., there was a report of a possible gasoline leak from a motor vehicle on Foster Street.

At 4:36 p.m., a young girl housesitting on Buchanan Road said that someone who was unknown to her had been banging on the door for three days in a row. Units will monitor the area.

At 6:23 p.m., a child fractured her arm on Martin Terrace and was transported to Salem Hospital.

At 8:30 p.m., a caller reported that she was almost struck by a vehicle while crossing West Shore Drive and that the man in the car yelled at her.

At 10:24 p.m., a green Range Rover was speeding on Pleasant Street and failed to pull over for police.

Wednesday, Dec. 23

At 2:38 a.m., a caller on Goldthwait Road  reported that a car had been parked on the street for five nights in a row, violating the parking ban.
