Police: Moped Hit-and-Run; Rowdy Neighbors

Tuesday, Nov. 3

At 7:58 a.m, an anonymous caller reported that neighbors on Washington Street were throwing things around and yelling in their apartment.

At 9:19 a.m., there was a report of stolen bikes on Westminster Road.

At 2:11 p.m., a caller reported being yelled at by apartment owners on School Street for trying to park in the lot and that she felt threatened.

At 7:37 p.m., there was an outside odor of gas on Winslow Square Lane. It was determined to be from a gas hot water vent.

Wednesday, Nov. 4

At 12:15 a.m., a moped struck a parked car on Santry Road, leaving debris everywhere. Police attempted to locate the moped operator.
