Strength Training for Women at the Y

Grow strong with a supportive group of women at the Y in Marblehead.

Let us help you grow stronger in our Strength Training for Women Program, Fridays 10:45am-11:45am January 15-March 11 at the Lynch/van Otterloo YMCA. Strength training can aid in fat loss, strength and power gains, and increases in bone density, metabolism and self-esteem.
