12:53 p.m.: Vandalism reported, 141 Howe St.

1:28 p.m.: Trespassing, Lindt Chocolate

1:51 p.m.: Disturbance, Discount Gas

3:42 p.m.: Forgery, Home Depot

4:54 p.m.: Fraud reported, Kennedy's Pub

8:37 p.m.: Recovered stolen MV, 71 Sawin St.

Tuesday, March 14

1:11 a.m.: Harassment, Cider Hill Condominiums

1:58 p.m.: Police respond to a car crash at 181 Boston Post Road East. Robert G. DiMaggio, 51, Farm Road, Marlborough, arrested and charged with OUI liquor (third offense)

7:14 p.m.: Police respond to a car crash at Wilson Heights Condominiums. Mark D. Darwin, 43, Wilson Street, Marlborough, was arrested and charged for driving with a suspended license for OUI, leaving the scene of property damage, resisting arrest
