Monday, April 10

3:46 a.m.: Suspicious vehicle reported on Parmenter Road. Anastacio A. Rivera, 26, Curwin Circle, Lynn, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property over $250 (3 counts), speeding, driving with a suspended license, leaving the scene of property damage, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, marked lanes violation. A juvenile, 17, was also arrested on two counts of receiving stolen property over $250 and one count of receiving stolen property under $250
