Thursday, Oct. 29

  • At 8:11 a.m., police responded to a disturbance, The Heights
  • At 8:28 a.m., police responded to reports of an assault at the Whitcomb School
  • At 9:31 a.m., police responded to a report of fraud, The Heights
  • At 10:29 a.m., police responded to an assault at the Whitcomb School
  • At 12:03 p.m., police responded to reports of harassment, 23 Phelps St.
  • At 12:36 p.m., police made a vehicle stop at Northborough Road Central. Marcelo Ferreira, 50, 605 Broad St., Apt. 22, Weymouth, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration
  • At 2 p.m., police responded to reports of an assault, Marlborough High School
  • At 2:06 p.m., a car crash with injuries occurred, 196 Union St.
  • At 5:31 p.m., police responded to a report of vandalism, Bolton Street Tavern
  • At 7:04 p.m., police responded to a disturbance, Shell Gas Station
  • At 9:53 p.m., police responded to a disturbance, 319 East Main St.

Friday, Oct. 30

  • At 6:36 a.m., an assault was reported, 169 Broadweadow Road
  • At 10 a.m., police responded to fraud, 34 Melody Lane
  • At 10:48 a.m., an assault was reported at Marlborough High School
  • At 11:42 a.m., an assault occurred at Marlborough High School
  • At 6:16 p.m., police responded to reports of threats, 4 Neil St.

  • At 2:13 a.m., police responded to vandalism, 47 Crystal Brook Way
  • At 2:52 p.m., police responded to a breaking and entering at the SMOC boarding house
  • At 9:58 p.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Prospector East Saloon. Carlos Enrique Lopez Villanueva, 24, 85 Broad St., Apt. 430, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with vandalizing property, false alarm from police call box, disturbing the peace, resist arrest, protective custody
