Community Alert: New Sex Offender Registered in Marlborough

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Under Massachusetts law, police departments are obligated to inform residents of a newly-registered sex offender in the city.

Dana Keith Albee, a Level 3 sex offender, is now listed as living at 276 Main St., Apt. 2B, Marlborough. Albee was convicted on one count of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age in 2002. Albee's move is from Westborough, where he lived at 15 Willow St., Apt. 14, which the the address currently listed on the Sex Offender Registry Board site.

The Level 3 designation is reserved for the most severe offenders, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board. These types of sex offenders pose a ”high risk” to reoffend. They are not wanted by police—and it’s illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.
