Couple With Marlborough Cleaning Services Wanted For Multiple Scams Across Country
Couple reportedly has a string of scams and charges across the country, hitting to Massachusetts homes recently.

MARLBOROUGH, MA—A couple originally from Wisconsin is now wanted for operating a business called Exceptional Cleaning based in Marlborough and allegedly "left a trail of undelivered services and unpaid bills across the country," according to reports.
Harry and Kathleen Belsha are wanted in Raynham and Westborough, both for not delivering yard work services that were promised and paid for, and for unpaid bills at a hotel, reports WCVB-TV.
According to Westborough Police Chief Alan Gordon, in the spring of 2017, his department was made aware that a family had accumulated a hotel bill of more than $600 at the Extended Stay America on Computer Drive. They left the hotel without paying the bill. The Belshas - Harry, 50, Kathleen, 46, were tracked down by police at the Residence Inn on Connector Road in Westborough.

A computer check by police revealed that the Belshas were involved in a number of scams in Wisconsin and other states. It was also discovered that they had enrolled their children and grandchildren in the Westborough Public Schools.
Local clergy from Westborough had paid more $5,000 for hotel bills for this family who purported to be destitute, said Chief Gordon. After clergy was made away, they offered no further assistance, and the couple moved.

The Westborough Police were made aware in August that the family had contacted the Westborough Public Schools attempting to re-enroll them in the school district. They were told they needed to provide a current Westborough address, which they couldn’t do, said police.
A search of the Belshas reveals a couple with the same name that ran Bright Day Cleaning based out of Wisconsin, which has Better Business Bureau Complaints and rates at one star. A "Beware Kathy and Harry Belsha" Facebook page was also created.In 2015, a Harry and Kathy Belsha from Wisconsin were sued for accusations they did not print a kids pamphlet, first introduced to the victims through a company called Completely Clean.
According to Westborough police, the Raynham Police Department obtained warrants for the arrest of both Belshas for larceny. They reportedly scammed an elderly resident out of more than $10,000 for services they did not provide.
