ICYMI: New Sex Offender Registered in Marlborough

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Under Massachusetts law, police departments are obligated to inform residents of a newly-registered Level III sex offender in town.

Edward Calvin Staal, 59, is listed as living at 28 Mill St. Central, Apt. 9, Marlborough. Staal was convicted on Nov. 15, 1988, of six counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14
