Indictment: Marlborough Man Charged With Breaking Into a Depository, Destruction of Property

MARLBOROUGH, MA—Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced the grand jury indictments from Nov. 8 to Dec. 8.

Richard Findley, 27, of Marlborough, was charged with larceny in a building, larceny over $250 (2 counts), breaking into a depository, malicious destruction of property under $250, and possession of burglarious instruments. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.
