Kaiser, according to police, closed out 2014 with a big success story. On Dec. 30 around 7 p.m., Kaiser found a runaway juvenile who was considered a “child at risk.” With temperatures in the 20s, Kaiser quickly tracked this juvenile within minutes and the child was brought to the hospital.
And he started off the new year tracking four would-be thieves.

According to police, he ran from the company vehicles, across the lot and into the woods. McKenzie called for backup, and the area was locked down.
