Level 3 Sex Offender Newly Living in Marlborough
Police are informing residents of a new sex offender registered in Marlborough.
MARLBOROUGH, MA — Under Massachusetts law, police departments are obligated to inform residents of a newly-registered sex offender in town.
Andrew M. Rossetti, 29, is listed as living at 276 Main St., Apt. 1A, Marlborough. Rossetti, a Level 3 offender, was convicted of one count of rape on Dec. 10, 2008.
This person is not wanted by the police.
