Level 3 Sex Offender Newly Living in Marlborough

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Under Massachusetts law, police departments are obligated to inform residents of a newly-registered sex offender in town.

Luis Raul Figueroa, 47, is listed as living at 8 Cotting Ave. in Marlborough, and technically designated as homeless, according to the registry. A Level 3 sex offender, Figueroa was convicted on June 8, 1995, of seven counts of rape and abuse of child, eight counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age, and assault of child with intent to commit rape.

This person is not wanted by the police.
