7:25 a.m.: Robert L. Evans, 45, Norwood Street, Marlborough, was arrested on a warrant

10:03 a.m.: Disturbance, Council on Aging

10:04 a.m.: Vandalism, 7 Cadillac Drive

12:25 p.m.: MVA with injuries, 488 Elm St.

1:26 p.m.: Police respond to suspicious activity at Barracuda Drive. Mathew W. Lodi, 44, Barracuda Dr., Marlborough, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250 (five counts)

3:30 p.m.: Fraud reported, Bank of America

5:53 p.m.: Animal complaint, Hannaford Supermarket
