MARLBOROUGH, MA — The main event in the 2019 Marlborough city election is the contest between longtime incumbent Mayor Arthur Vigeant and city police officer David Garceau — but there's plenty more on the ballot.

There are four contested City Council races, including a seven-way at-large Marlborough Council race. The Ward 1 and Ward 6 Council races are wide open. There's also a four-way Marlborough School Committee race, and an Assabett Valley School Committee race.

To help you prepare for Election Day, Patch has put together a voting guide to help you pick candidates and find your nearest polling location — plus other pertinent election information.
