Marlborough Police: Groton Man Charged with '5th or Greater' OUI Offense
The following are excerpts from the Marlborough police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Dec. 12
- At 10:12 a.m., larceny from Glenhaven Carriage House was reported.
- At 2:57 p.m., police arrested 26-year-old Ryan Ford of Marlborough on a warrant.
- At 4:25 p.m., vandalism was reported at the Marlborough Commerce Center.
- At 5:02 p.m., police arrested Victor Murphy, 66, of Groton following a motor vehicle crash. Murphy was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, leaving the scene of property damage, leaving the scene of personal injury, driving with a revoked/suspended license, a state highway traffic violation (following too closely) and OUI liquor (fifth offense or greater).
- At 5:27 p.m., larceny from Marlborough Nissan was reported.
Saturday, Dec. 13
- At 9:33 a.m., larceny from a residence on Mustang Avenuewas reported.
- At 11:02 a.m., police arrested Amado Tejado, 34, as an assist to another police department.

- At 1:25 a.m., police arrested Alan Wayne Houde, 44, following a motor vehicle stop. He was charged with OUI Liquor, a red light violation and a marked lanes violation.
- At 11:18 a.m., larceny from White Real Estate Company was reported.
- At 2:29 p.m., larceny from a residence on Stevens Street was reported.
- At 3:25 p.m., police arrested Brian Moulton, 30, on a warrant.
