• At 10:54 a.m., police responded to a report of larceny at JC Penny
• At 10:58 a.m., a disturbance occurred at Marlborough Hospital
• At 11:16 a.m., police served a warrant at the Russell House. Jason R. Libby, 47, 32 Main St., Apt. 6, Marlborough, was arrested on a warrant
• At 2 p.m., police responded to a disturbance at Peoples United Bank
• At 2:53 p.m., police responded to shoplifting at Old Navy
• At 3:42 p.m., polie responded to vandalism, 137 Howe St.

• At 1:34 a.m., police pulled a vehicle over on Boston Post Road East. Shanjil B. Aftab, 23, 84 Frye St., Marlborough, was arrested and charged with assault and placed into protective custody
