UPDATE: Missing Person Who Walked Out of Marlborough Hospital Located

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Update, 2 p.m.: The missing female was safely located in Marlborough. Original post: The Massachusetts State Police Airwing and K9 units are assisting police in an active search for a missing woman who police say walked out of Marlborough Hospital early Friday morning.

Yecinia Caso, 33, is white, has short dark brown hair, thin build, 5'3", and was last seen wearing a hospital gown and socks.

Caso was last seen walking from the hospital and has not been seen since. Caso needs to return to the Marlborough Hospital and is currently listed as missing, say police. There is no indication that she got into a vehicle and may be hiding somewhere in the area. Officials add that she may be non-communicative
if encountered.
