Monday, Nov. 9
- At 7:29 a.m., police responded to a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 42 Gay St.
- At 8:11 a.m., police responded to a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 17 Spring St.
- At 11:03 a.m., police responded to a report of fraud, 5319 Timberview Way
- At 11:46 a.m., police responded to a report of fraud at Hair Cosmopolitan
- At 2:35 p.m., police responded to a car crash with injuries at the Assabet Valley Regional High School
- At 4:45 p.m., police responded to a report of larceny, 13 Spring St.
- At 8:34 p.m., police called for an ambulance assist at 7 Mechanic St. David J. Ciampo, 58, 55 Pleasant St., Marlborough, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace
