New Form Available From Marlborough PD For Those With Dementia
This new form is used to gather information in the event that a person goes missing.
MARLBOROUGH, MA — The Marlborough Police Department just launched a new online form designed to assist caregivers of those with dementia or cognitive issues.
This new form is a cooperative effort of the Marlborough Police Department and the Marlborough Council on Aging. The data provided is to be used to assist in the investigation of a person who is reported missing.
