8:08 p.m.: Vandalism, 31B Cook Lane

Saturday, Sept. 9

1:58 a.m.: Vehicle pulled over at 1001 Boston Post Road East. Rigoberto Fuerte-Savedra, 35, Bacon Street, Waltham, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor

10:10 a.m.: Missing person, 73 Mount Pleasant St.

10:35 a.m.: Disturbance, 207 Lincoln St.

4:11 p.m.: Fraud, 74 Hamilton Circle

8:35 p.m.: Larceny, Oriental City

9 p.m.: Suspicious activity reported at Marlborough House of Pizza. Alan Lee Thayer, 55, Main Street, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace

12:53 a.m.: Disturbance, Price Chopper

9:01 a.m.: Suspicious activity, Marlborough Court Condominiums

5 p.m.: Missing person, Academy Knoll

5:55 p.m.: Disturbance, 520 Lincoln St.

8:29 p.m.: Fraud, Lakeside Shell

Monday, Sept. 11

1:32 a.m.: Well being check at Marlborough East Apartments. Alyssa M. Cavalcanti, 21, Lakeshore Drive, Marlborough, was arrested and charged on warrant
