Police Log: Man Steals Edible Arrangement; 3 Arrested for OUI; Larceny; Stolen Autos

Friday, Jan. 16
- At 9:34 a.m., police assisted with an ambulance call, Lakeshore Drive
- At 12:17 p.m., police assisted with a report of a missing person, Whitcomb School
- At 12:33 p.m., a car crash occurred on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard. No injuries.
- At 1 p.m., police responded to a larceny call, Digital Credit Union
- At 1:57 p.m., police responded to a disturbance at Employment Options
- At 3:14 p.m., a report of an auto theft came in from Hertz Rental
- At 4:12 p.m., a summons was served, 83 Crosby Road
- At 4:13 p.m., a missing person was reported, White Real Estate Company
- At 7:09 p.m., police made a vehicle stop at 665 Elm St at 134 Dudley St. Christopher Baillargeon, 30, 166 Boundary St., Apt. 2, Northborough, was arrested and charged with failure to stop and OUI liquor (second offense)
- At 8:53 p.m., a disturbance was reported at Lake Williams Condos
Saturday, Jan. 17
- At 1:26 a.m., police made a stop at 25 Hosmer St. Garry Pendleton, 43, Mt. Snow Circle, Nashua, NH, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, marked lanes violation
- At 5:20 a.m., a car crash occurred at 153 Broad St. Jeovanny Valdez, 26, 26 Belmont St., Apt. 2, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, and driving without a license
- At 8:37 a.m., a sudden death occurred at 17 Beach St.
- At 10:24 a.m., police responded to a report of larceny at the Solomon Pond Mall
- At 11:57 a.m., an assault was reported at the McDonald Hotel
- At 3:21 p.m., police responded to a call of larceny at 130 Spring St.

- At 1:13 a.m., police responded to suspicious activity at Ghiloni Park. Erick Cordon, 25, 207 Lincoln St., Apt. 3, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with trespassing
- At 7:15 a.m., an auto theft was reported, 110 Boston Post Road
- At 9:51 a.m., police responded to a call at Edible Arrangements. Michael Rodriguez, 29, 184 Mechanic St., Apt. 4, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250 and larceny under $250
Monday, Jan. 19
- At 12:29 p.m., a missing person was reported, Glenhaven Carriage House
- At 2:15 p.m., police responded to an assault report at the McDonald Hotel
- At 2:30 p.m., police responded to a disturbance at Dunkin Donuts
- At 2:41 p.m., police responded to a report of larceny at Target
- At 4:04 p.m., a report of harassment came in from a five-family apartment at 14 Cotting Ave.
- At 6:50 p.m., police responded to a call reporting shoplifting from Target. Adam H. Harris, 39, 186 Main St., Marlborough, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, a number plate violation, failure to signal, shoplifting by aspiration, failure to identify self. Vencenzo J. Brancaccio, 27, 134 Eastern Ave., Apt. 1, Worcester, was arrested and charged with two counts of shoplifting by asportation
- At 8:32 p.m., police responded to a call reporting assault, 99 Granger Boulevard
