Sex Offender With 7 Aliases, Including 'Michael Jackson,' Newly Registered in Marlborough

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Under Massachusetts law, police departments are obligated to inform residents of a newly-registered sex offender living or working in the city.

Michael F. Hankins, 63, is listed as living at 26 Mill St. Central, Marlborough. Hankins was convicted on June 13, 2015, of one count of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior, on March 23, 1993, of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older, and March 6, 1992, of indecent assault and battery on a person older than 14.

Hankins uses aliases, according to the Sex Offender Registry Board, that include Michael F. Jenkins, Michael E. Brooks, Michael Jackson and Roland Caruthers.
