7:23 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at Stevens Playground. Andre Rufus Royal, 29, Garfield Ave., Boston, was arrested on a warrant
11:12 p.m.: Car crash at 77 Spring St. Nestor A. Reyes, 20, Bradwyne Drive, East Boston, was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage
